A "super bowl" of another kind will be televised Feb. 5 when four-time NBA All-Star Chris Paul hosts the fourth annual Chris Paul PBA Celebrity Invitational Presented by Sheetsâ„¢ Brand Sunday, Feb. 5 at 4 p.m. ET on ESPN. Paul, who joined the Los Angeles Clippers at the start of the 2011-12 season, hosted the fundraiser which is fast-becoming a tradition during the PBA Tour season Jan. 12 at Lucky Strike LA Live and will benefit charities supported by his CP3 Foundation.

Four time NBA All-Star Chris Paul has a new team and a new home, and he will once again join forces with the Professional Bowlers Association to host the Chris Paul PBA Celebrity Invitational presented by Sheetsâ„¢ Brand to benefit charities supported by his CP3 Foundation. Paul (pictured with Jason Belmonte, left, after the 2011 victory), who joined the Los Angeles Clippers at the start of the 2011-12 season, will host the fourth annual fundraiser at Lucky Strike LA Live on Thursday, Jan. 12, from 7-10 p.m. PT.

San Antonio, Texas-based 900 Global pulled off the biggest upset in the five-year history of the Lumber Liquidators PBA Tour's summer series special events, winning the Manufacturers Cup to conclude the GEICO PBA Team Shootout at 10pin bowling lounge. In the title match, 900 Global defeatd Ebonite International, 215-191, for the win worth $70,000. The finals of the annual summer-season team competition aired Sunday on ESPN, capping a series of 15 half-hour programs.

A unique showcase blending the highest level of talent with the hottest trends in the recreational side of the sport will take place over Memorial Day weekend when 20 of the world's greatest bowlers return to downtown Chicago for the GEICO PBA Team Shootout at upscale 10pin bowling lounge in the landmark Marina City complex. Reigning PBA Manufacturers Cup winner Storm Products will defend its title against teams representing bowling ball manufacturing rivals Brunswick, Ebonite International and 900 Global.

Australia's Jason Belmonte and NBA All-Star point guard Chris Paul successfully defended their Chris Paul PBA Celebrity Invitational Doubles title at Riverboat Lanes at the Naval Airbase Station in Belle Chasse, La., thanks to a big-time assist from the New Orleans Hornets' assist leader. Belmonte and his tournament host/NBA superstar partner combined to win the "Baker format" doubles event, 155-128, over Norm Duke and his partner, Grammy Award-winning rap artist Lil Wayne.

What happens when four of the biggest stars in sports and entertainment match up with the best bowlers in the world? Find out Sunday when the Chris Paul PBA Celebrity Invitational bowling tournament airs at 4 p.m. Eastern on ESPN. You can't get much hotter than the four celebrities who are matched with PBA stars in the third annual doubles event to benefit the CP3 Foundation. L-R Reggie Bush, Nelly, Lil Wayne and Chris Paul.

For two weeks, nearly 250 of the world’s best bowlers battled each other in a grueling series of individual events during the PBA World Series of Bowling. On the final day, the best from America met the best from the rest of the world, and the World defeated the USA. The special six-player USA. vs. The USA vs. The World team competition was held Nov. 6 at South Point Bowling Center in Las Vegas and aired Sunday, Jan. 9 on ESPN.

After a one-week break, the Lumber Liquidators PBA Tour returns to ESPN this Sunday with an international flavor and a unique team format. The PBA/USA vs. The World Team Competition pits six American bowlers who finished highest in the 60-game qualifying session of the PBA World Series of Bowling against six international players who had fared best while bowling 12 games per day on five different lane conditions.

Hip-hop giants Lil Wayne and Nelly, along with New Orleans Saints running back Reggie Bush joined five PBA champions and host Chris Paul of the New Orleans Hornets for the third annual Chris Paul PBA Celebrity Invitational. The pro/celebrity doubles event, which supports Paul's charitable CP3 Foundation, will air on ESPN on Super Bowl Sunday, Feb. 6 at 4 p.m. ET, for the third straight year as part of the PBA's TV schedule.

Storm Products with Brian Kretzer, Jason Belmonte, Rhino Page, Norm Duke, Pete Weber and Wes Malott climbed the ladder from bottom rung to top, capturing the inaugural Manufacturers' Cup in the Professional Bowlers Association's GEICO Team Shootout hosted by Six Flags with a dramatic 167-159 Baker team upset of Brunswick in the title match. The final two round-robin team matches and the Manufacturers' Cup stepladder finals aired Sunday on ESPN.

After suffering through the worst game of the tournament, 900 Global (pictured) and its Hall of Fame anchor bowler Walter Ray Williams Jr. rallied to hand Brunswick its first loss in the Professional Bowlers Association's GEICO Team Shootout hosted by Six Flags. Matches seven, eight, nine and 10 of 12 scheduled Baker scoring system round-robin team matches aired Sunday on ESPN. In Baker team bowling, each member of a five-player team bowls two frames to complete a full game.

With temperatures pushing close to 110 degrees Fahrenheit (>43° Celsius) on the bowling lane surface, the heat of the moment didn't stop Brunswick (pictured) from adding to its Manufacturers' Cup lead after three rounds of competition in the PBA GEICO Team Shootout hosted by Six Flags. The entire series, consisting of six head-to-head matches between each team and a three-match stepladder final, was conducted outdoors on specially-constructed lanes on the grounds of Six Flags Great Adventure.

With help from the unique "endless 10th frame" and the only woman in the competition, Team Brunswick (pictured) took the lead in the Manufacturers' Cup standings after the first two rounds of competition in the PBA GEICO Team Shootout hosted by Six Flags. The entire series, consisting of six head-to-head matches between each team plus a three-match stepladder final, was conducted outdoors on specially-constructed lanes on the grounds of one of the Atlantic Coast region's most popular theme parks.

Four PBA stars are going to take a "Walk in the Park" on Sunday, June 13, to raise money to benefit Cure Kids Cancer and Children's Miracle Network. Seven-time PBA Player of the Year Walter Ray Williams Jr., 33-time PBA Tour winner Norm Duke (l.), 15-time PBA champion Jason Couch and two-time PBA Women's Series titlist Carolyn Dorin-Ballard representing Brunswick, will participate in a one-mile walk through Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson to raise money for the children's charities.

Four of bowling's leading ball manufacturing companies are going to do battle when Six Flags Great Adventure hosts the GEICO PBA Team Shootout in Jackson, N.J., June 11-12. ESPN will air the 15-segment series beginning June 27. For the fourth summer in a row, stars of the PBA will don shorts and sunglasses, and bowl outdoors on specially-constructed lanes at Six Flags Great Adventure in a made-for-television team competition. The 2010 twist to the Baker team battle will feature Brunswick, Ebonite International, Storm Products and 900 Global – rival bowling ball manufacturers who have selected their own teams.

Michelle Feldman (pictured) of Auburn, N.Y., concluded a personally disappointing season with a resounding victory in the PBA Women's Series Showdown presented by BOWL.COM at the International Training and Research Center. Feldman, who got into the PBA Tour special event by a sequence of fortunate breaks, was nearly perfect in the competition that aired on ESPN Sunday, defeating Shannon Pluhowsky of Kettering, Ohio, and Stefanie Nation of Grand Prairie, Texas, for a $25,000 first prize.

The 2009-10 PBA Women's Series presented by BOWL.COM concludes its third season with the PBA Women's Series Showdown at the new International Training and Research Center Sunday on ESPN with six of the sport's top women bowlers vying for a $25,000 prize in a unique competition. The PBA Women's Series Showdown, presented by BOWL.COM, will air on ESPN Sunday, April 18 at 1 p.m.  and feature PBA Women's Series stars Kelly Kulick (l.) , Liz Johnson, Shannon Pluhowsky, Michelle Feldman, Carolyn Dorin-Ballard and Stefanie Nation.

Rhino Page (pictured) of Dade City, Fla., made critical shots when he had needed them most to nip Bill O’Neill of Southampton, Pa., in the PBA Experience Showdown presented by BOWL.COM at the International Training and Research Center. Page, the Viper Champion in a field of five Lumber Liquidators PBA Tour stars won $25,000 in an abbreviated five-frame 108-104 decision over O’Neill in a PBA Tour special event that aired on ESPN Sunday.

The 2009-10 Lumber Liquidators PBA Tour's regular season is over, but competition continues Sunday on ESPN with the first of two special events from the new International Training and Research Center located on the International Bowling Campus. Eleven of the sport's top players and six USBC league bowlers will compete in the PBA Experience Showdown and the PBA Women's Series Showdown, which will air on ESPN on Sundays April 11 and April 18 at 1 p.m. Eastern, respectively.
