Malta and Israel win Doubles titles at Mediterranean Challenge Cup

Sue Abela of Malta earned her second gold medal in the 9th Mediterranean Challenge Cup in San Marino when she teamed with Lorraine Casha to win the women's Doubles with 2588 six-game total and an average of 215,67. On the men's side, Israel Tener and Johnatan Geller from Israel cruised to victory with 2715 and an average of 226,25. The doubles from Greece settled for the silver medals while the Italians took bronze in both division each. Abela and Geller lead in All Events after 2/3 events.
